Perhaps our most popular program, Top Chef, is AYC’s cooking program. Youth members learn lifelong cooking skills and work as a team to create delicious meals. Like all programs at AYC, planning and brainstorming recipes is always student driven. Youth members are encouraged to come to staff with ideas of what they would like to cook and staff shops and lead the class. During the summer, AYC comes together and cooks a community lunch where we all come together to talk about our week and share a meal.
