AYC is located on the second floor of the Aspen Recreation Center. When youth enter our facility they are immersed in a space that offers virtually unlimited options for fun.
We have a computer lab for tutoring and homework, pool tables, air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. Staff use our half-court gym to lead a variety of games that get kids moving and laughing—dodgeball is a definite favorite! We often host fun-spirited tournaments using all of these fun games.
Additionally, we have a full media room where youth can play video games and watch movies with their friends during unstructured activity time.
Our full kitchen is well-equipped to host our Top Chef program and Art Spot program.
AYC has snack and drink vending machines that only takes dollar bills and quarters. Staff is not able to make change from larger bills.
AYC is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive place where youth in grades 4 through 12 connect, learn, and grow during their out of school hours, for free.
