Outdoor Explore is a summer program that gets kids outside to experience the joy and education that our great mountain outdoors has to offer. Expeditions include river rafting with Blazing Adventures, horseback riding with Wind Walkers, trail building with Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers, flying in a plane with EcoFlight, and hut trips to Margy’s Hut in the White River National Forest. This program is always growing, and we welcome new ideas about how to get Aspen Youth Center members outside and learning!
AYC also gets kids moving and interacting with one another throughout the school year with sports like fencing, tennis, wrestling, and more.
AYC is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive place where youth in grades 4 through 12 connect, learn, and grow during their out of school hours, for free.
